DescriptionI have 2 boys that were born on Valentine's day and who are currently waiting patiently for their forever owners to say hello.
They are quite different in character, the one, into everything, full of life, and the other a little bit more laid back. He loves a cuddle just as much as his brother, but weighs people up before deciding to say hello. They both like to play with tug toys, and happily carry it around if given half a chance.
The puppies currently live in my lounge, getting fussed throughout the day, and have just started to explore the garden, going out to toilet after every meal - although the weather has been very mixed.
They are playing nicely together, sharing some of their toys, enjoying carrying a tug toy, and even a tennis ball. They are observant and keen to say hello whenever they hear me come into the room, or my friends come to say hello.
Both of the parents are kc registered and my family pets. The dad is exuberant and bouncy, like all standard poodles, who loves nothing more than a cuddle, a game of tug and long walks in the country, and the mum is the nicest Labrador I have ever had the privilege to own.
She is from working stock with a keen nose, an excellent retrieve and quick response to instruction, she tries so hard to please and has wonderful deep bark on her if anyone unknown is around.
She has been an excellent mum, and all puppies are thriving, developing at a similar pace but getting used to being without her.
Whilst I cannot say how tight or curly their coat will be, they are an F1 cross so my understanding is other than in their first year they should not shed, but please do your own research on that.
I will only let them go to good homes, who understand that with a little training, (positive reinforcement - suggest you look at Susan Garrett's Home School The Dog) you will be rewarded by the bucket full.
They have been and will continue to be wormed, and have been vet checked, micro-chipped, and received their first vaccination. They all traveled well and were complete stars!
When they leave here they will come with a supply of food, toy, and as much help over the phone as I can give if needed.
The two photos at the end are of Dad, with a sporting haircut done by myself -apologies, taken last spring, he currently resembles a womble as I let his coat grow over winter and keep it short in the summer!
