11 month old female Jack Russell. Will be 1 on 4th August 2025.
It is with great sadness that we need to find another home for our pup.
Gwen is a beautiful girl, very charismatic, full of energy but also loves a snuggle.
She loves chasing after a ball and playing tug of war with her toys.
Gwen is fully toilet trained and is also really good with all of the basics (Sit, Paw, Leave, Bed etc)
She loves her treats and gets so excited over a new toy.
Unfortunately she is finding it increasingly difficult to get on with our other dog, an old girl Frenchie. We don't know what triggers the aggressive incidents but can only think it might be around being too possessive over me. Other than that we are at a loss.
Generally speaking, Gwen gets on with other dogs and we regularly take her out with family and friend's dogs.
Gwen gets a bit worked up when visitors come to the house by barking but will settle down eventually and is fine around people, although she can be a little nervous at times.
Gwen is fully up to date with flea and worming, vaccinations and health checks.
She has not yet been spayed but we do have this booked in for the end of August.
This really is our last resort and leaves us heartbroken but it is not fair on Gwen or our Frenchie to continue to be in a tense environment.
One of the photos uploaded shows Gwen with her mum and dad who are the family dogs of good friends of ours. Unfortunately they are unable to take Gwen in.
We really want Gwen to go to a loving home with someone or a family who can continue working on her training, take her out regularly as she loves a walk and show her lots of love.
