Description

The great Maximus is up for adoption and is looking for his furever, loving and 5* home! Max is currently 5 months old (DOB: 28/11/2024). He is such a loving and sweet boy. He loves affection, he is able to be picked up and cuddled and is so very chatty. He acts like a baby and just wants to be someone’s baby. He’s got the cutest fluffiest tail. Sometimes you can find him singing his own songs! He is very well socialised boy. He is not dog tested. He is absolutely fine around male and female humans as well as children. Max is a special rescue boy and his diet consists of canned meat such as Applaws, good quality dry food (Royal Canin kitten 4-12 months or Hills kitten kibble) as well as water which is drinks a fair amount of as his main food intake is the dry food. He gets roughly a 70g tin of Applaws every morning. He is a kitten that’s system/body has been domesticated so when he is given fresh meat, he can’t keep it down but the tinned meat is ok. He does not really like wet kitten food and he does better on the tinned meat for cats/kittens. I can recommend where I buy it for it for a great price! Max is a rescue and was rescued around a month ago and although he is a great boy and we’d love to keep him, all of the rescue cats and kittens have to leave at some point so that other cats in need can be rescued and we can continue to help more stray cats and kittens in need. Max was an owner surrender along with another kitten around his age but our normal intakes are strays. Max has been vet checked and will go back in again tomorrow for his microchip. His new owner will have agree to neuter and vaccinate this lovely boy. Max has been treated for fleas and all worms and will receive his next doses of these tomorrow at his vet appointment. Max has got a patch of fur missing behind his left ear and this is due severe scratching from ear mites that he previously had but is being treated for. It recommended by the vet to keep him isolate from all other pets and for the humans to wash their hands after touching him and very regularly washing all bedding (to a high temperature) and items around him as the residue of the can remain for weeks. Due to this, his adoption fee has been discounted from what it was originally. Max will be sent with his treatment and this will have to continue until the middle of June 2025. A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE MAX. Please feel free to ask any questions😊. Thank you
