Rolo's story is one of heartbreak, but also of hope.
Abandoned like a piece of trash, Rolo was found left on a rubbish dump, confused, hungry, and desperately wondering why he had been thrown away. He was just a young dog, only 2 years old, and yet he faced the cruelty of being discarded. He was nothing but skin and bones, alone in a cold world that had no mercy. Yet, against all odds, he was rescued.
But the story doesn't end there. After being saved from the dump, Rolo found himself locked in a cage, stripped of the love and warmth he so desperately needed. All he wants is a place to call homeāa place where he can feel safe, loved, and truly valued. Rolo deserves so much more than this life in a cage.
Rolo is a bright, loving soul who has so much potential waiting to be unlocked. His intelligence shines through, and with the right training, he will become the loyal and loving companion you've always dreamed of. Heās housetrained, has no food guarding issues, and although he still needs some work on lead training and recall, his sharp mind means heāll learn quickly with the right guidance.
Rolo would thrive in a calm, quiet homeāone without children or other pets. While heās great with other dogs, heās been through so much, and a pet-free home will give him the peace and stability he so badly needs. Heās ready to bond with someone who can offer him the love and trust he deserves.
At just 2 years old, Rolo has a lifetime of love to giveāheās still young and eager to experience the joy of being a cherished companion. We owe it to him to give him the life he was always meant to have.
We are committed to saving dogs like Rolo from the horrors of kill shelters. Rolo needs a heroāa family who will help him heal, train him, and give him his forever home.
We are Hope4Paws Uk&Spain, a Not For Profit āRescue & Re-Homing Group run entirely by volunteers, who find homes for abandoned or stray dogs. We do not have our own kennels but all our funds go towards rescue costs, rescue kennel fees and transport. To adopt one of our dogs, it costs a total of Ā£395: an initial Fee of Ā£100 to secure transport, with the remaining Ā£295 collected before travel and delivery to your home.
