We are rehoming a mixed breed boy. He approximately 7 months old and expected to be around the size of a lab.
We took him in 5 weeks ago as he needed an urgent rehome. He was booked to be put to sleep as all rescues contacted said they couldn’t help.
He had no training and was a mess he had also never been outside and was locked in a pen. We took him in knowing we possibly could not keep him but atleast he would be safe.
He has been crate trained and keeps his crate clean he is house trained as long as he is let out often otherwise he will mess in the house. He has learnt basic commands and has learnt not to jump up and be calm. However he is a very excitable puppy who had no training! Please bare this in mind. He needs a home with an owner who can continue his training. He has learnt to walk on a lead but work needs to be carried on to train him to walk well. He gets on great with our other dogs and with our cats. He is great around children however due to minimal training and how boisterous and large he is I wouldn’t recommend small children. He needs a home where someone is home most of the time, he craves attention and just wants to be with you so a home thats out at work all day everyday will not be suitable he would just be destructive.
