This charming little 'lad' is a very tame well handled, easy, all up-to-date healthy, Welsh yearling (1 year old) gelding/now ready to be re-homed rescue pony estimated to make about 11-11.2hh.
To make a lovely easy future child/disabled friendly lead rein pony, therapy pony or party pony project.
Also or till then an ideal small companion, easy family pet or ideal 'best buddy' for autistic teen.
Came to the rescue as unhandled 6mths foal after owners sadly died.
Like all arrivals had to have usual quarantine, checks & all the basics. Needed a lot done but thankfully no sickness or anything serious wrong.
A bit of stifle lock that should pass.
This does not cause pain or stop him from running or one day being ridden. In fact exercise/up hill walks is what sorts it. (Vet advise)
Microchipped, passported & had 1st/2nd flue/tetanus vaccinations.
Age set by vet, castrated & wormed. Six weekly feet trims by farrier.
Had six months of kind bonding, taming & training - without using treats or sweets to avoid vice.
Amazing to catch/come when called, be lead, stand & be tied up.
Loves to go for walks & runs on lead around the forest/park/farm.
Super easy to load, pick feet, trim feet, brush, worm, jab, clip & rug.
Still young & has much more to see/learn but amazing for his age.
Rare to find such tame, calm & well-trained & up-to-date youngster.
You have to meet him to believe it & he is open to viewing & vetting.
Re-homing fee fixed £500 as seen, subsidised by us not by donations.
Money goes back in to pay for hay, bedding, vets, farrier, dentist etc
