Billy is an African Parrot. I’m not sure of his exact age, I believe he is approx 12 years old. He has a registration ring on his leg. He is talkative especially when given attention. He makes lots of noises too, like dogs barking and other birds etc. He is very quick to pick up words. He loves laughing and giggling. Loves telling you he’s a “good boy” And answering telephone with “hello.” I need to rehome him as he likes a lots of attention and unfortunately I am not able to give him the attention he deserves. Due to a change in circumstances I am not able to allow him out of his cage for his own safety. Thus it is with a sad heart that I need to give him a chance of a better life. He will also come with lots of accessories for making toys, a large cage and food.
