Description

URGENT – Rehoming Olde English Bulldog – Odin This is an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking decision, but I am looking for a new home for my 5-year-old male Olde English Bulldog, Odin. Turning 6 on the 22nd of May. Due to recent aggression issues to my other dog and the presence of a toddler in the home I can no longer take the risk of him being hurt his safely is my main priority, although he has shown no aggression to my kids I do not want to take the risk of them being hurt in the crossfire. Odin has become very dog-aggressive and has attacked the other dog he was raised with. Because of this, he must go to a home with no other animals, and ideally with someone experienced in handling challenging or reactive dogs—especially this breed. Despite his issues with other animals, Odin is loving with people. He is toilet trained, can be left for several hours without accidents, and thrives on attention, cuddles, he is a big teddy bear who is very loyal he also loves natural treats like pig and rabbit ears. He just wants someone to be his person—but he needs the right person who can give him structure and guidance he deserves to work on his bad habits and help him improve. He just needs the right environment to thrive. This is a last resort, and the only alternative would be to have him put to sleep, which I desperately want to avoid. He deserves a second chance with someone who truly understands him and can provide a safe, calm environment. There is a rehoming fee of £200, that is extremely negotiable to the right home. This is not about the money—it’s to ensure he doesn’t end up in the wrong hands, where his behavior could be encouraged or where he might be neglected. If you are experienced with this breed and believe you could offer Odin a safe and stable home, please get in touch. I’m happy to talk more about his behavior and personality.
