Unfortunately, due to a change in our personal circumstances, we are reluctantly having to rehome our chocolate working cocker, Chip.
Chip is a 1 year old working cocker spaniel (27/07/23 made a mistake in the description that I can’t alter, he’s 2 this July) He is micro chipped, up to date with his vaccinations, KC registered and also has a breeding endorsement on him which we have details for.
Chip is a lovely little dog who is very well trained and obedient but does require a lot of mental stimulation and working.
For this reason we are only considering applicants who can work him in some capacity on a farm etc or people who are very well experienced with working dogs and can give him what he needs.
Chip is very energetic and will require a lot of mental stimulation and exercise. We have 2 children under 10 years old and he is fantastic with the kids.
He doesn’t really have an interest in other dogs whilst he’s out as he’s so fixated on tennis balls. He’s great off lead and has great recall. On lead we have to use a training lead with a figure of 8 over his snout otherwise he will pull.
He’s well house trained, doesn’t chew/bite anything he shouldn’t, toilet trained and generally a well behaved dog.
Only get in touch if you are willing to give Chip his forever home, we do not want to see him going from home to home and are only giving him away as we can’t give him what he needs/deserves.
