Rosita and her sisters were left by a rural lake, abandoned as puppies to fend for themselves. With no chance of survival, they were rescued and taken to safety. In their foster shelter, they discovered play, love, and the kindness of humans.

Rosita is a little sunshine dog, always smiling. She’s playful, affectionate, and can be a cheeky girl – sneaking things like socks or toys to carry to her bed. Her joyful personality makes her impossible not to love.

Rosita will be happiest with an active family who can give her plenty of play and attention. She’d thrive as a second dog, enjoying games and companionship, but she could also be the heart of the family on her own.
