DescriptionUnfortunately, I am thinking about having to rehome Penny.
She is 5 years old and an anxious dog.
I have an additional needs child and I cannot manage her any longer.
She is fearful of new people and this is the problem at home.
She will bark and meltdown if the door knocks and strange people she will do the same thing, she has nipped strangers coming into the home.
She is very anxious, I have had a dog behaviourist look at her, this comes from a place of fear, not aggression. I’m happy to
Pass on details for the trainer.
My issue is the demands and needs of my son, I cannot train her how she needs.
I understand I’ve painted her in a bad light, but please don’t overlook her. She will thrive in a household that can dedicate time for training.
She responds very well to food and with time and effort I know she can be the dog I’ve always hoped for, I sadly cannot do this for her.
Very important to remember - once she knows who you are, she will love you fiercely.
She is fantastic around my children, prefers older, however she pays no attention to my son unless he has food.
Loves snuggling up in bed with you and is a ball monster!
Serious enquires ONLY. I will be more than happy to discuss at length with you.
