Ted is a two year old mix of Rottweiler and deerhound. We have taken him in as a temporary rescue, he has shown himself to be an amazing dog, really relaxed in our home, he has basic training and is very food motivated. He is not destructive but we have noticed he enjoys chewing on chunks of wood for the fire, which keeps him happy. His leash training isn’t the best but he is improving.
He gets along well with most dogs, but isn’t comfortable with children, we’ve had no incidents but as we have children around so this isn’t the best home for him. We are hoping to find him a home that has plenty of time and love for him, as he has plenty to give and deserves. It has been a pleasure to get to know him and give him love and I hope someone else gets to feel the same
