Description
This beautiful fuss monster is called Fergus. Fergus is estimated to be about 4 years old. Fergus was straying in a garden in Heywood the finder put a post up as he was concerned about his eye and it was discovered in the comments on that post he was a long-term stray who had previously been scanned for a microchip (no chip) and collar and tagged (no response) and had been straying for a couple of years. The finder rang for a RSPCA code and I picked him up and took him to the vets. His eyes were given a clean bill of health and he was generally fit. When I picked him up I was blown away by just how loving Fergus is he is an exceptionally gorgeous boy, behaved beautifully at the vets even though he was with people he didn't know, had been in a basket in the car and was being poked and prodded by the vet. I knew this boy deserved the chance of a loving home. I did not want to put him back on the streets. He came to me over the weekend to be neutered and microchipped on Monday. He was delightful and just wanted fuss and tummy rubs. As my spare room is now occupied by my mum as she's over from France he is now in Foster in Droylsden where he is continuing to show his gorgeous, loving personality. ✅ is neutered and microchipped ✅ is FIV and FeLV negative ✅ was friendly with the finders 2 female neutered cats so could live with a friendly cat after careful introductions ✅ needs access to outside either an enclosed garden or away from busy roads. ✅ will be OK with sensible children over the age of 9 Fergus has not been tested with dogs but perhaps if you have a cat friendly dog already used to living with cats that could be considered. As I've found myself the most dog reactive cat can be turned around to live alongside dogs. Home checks will apply I am happy to travel within Greater Manchester and a bit further if need be to find the right forever home for Fergus he really has stolen a piece of my heart. Please note following the home check you would need to do a meet and greet at his Foster home in Droylsden. You will be responsible for doing his vaccinations. On his adoption day you will be responsible for his chip transfer. Many thanks.
