💗 Dixie – Dachshund Looking for Her Forever Home 💗 It’s with a very heavy heart that I’m looking to find a new loving home for my beautiful girl, Dixie. I’ve had Dixie since August 2025, and she has been a much-loved part of our family. I already had another dog, a toy poodle, before bringing Dixie home. Unfortunately, since April they have not been getting along, and after a lot of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision that the best thing for Dixie is to find her a new home where she can be happy and settled. Dixie is a lovely, friendly and very playful girl. She is good with children and loves attention, playtime and being around people. ❤️ Because of the issues between Dixie and my other dog, I feel she would be happiest as the only dog in the household. I want to make sure she goes to someone who can give her the time, love and attention she deserves. This is an extremely difficult decision, so I’m looking for a genuine, loving forever home rather than simply the quickest home available. I would be happy to answer any questions and tell you more about Dixie to make sure she goes to the right person.
