Their mama is vaccinated, so they will have immunity from her. The parents are both health checked. Flea & worm treated. Their mama was vet checked around 3 weeks into the pregnancy, in which no concerns were raised.
Viewings are encouraged ahead of adoption. If you do wish to adopt, there will be a deposit fee to ensure you are committed to the kitten.
They will all be socialised, to prevent future anxieties and foster brave and full of spirit cats. They have been exposed to a variety of different sounds, including loud noises such as the hoover / hairdryer. They have moved around the house to experience new locations, and met various humans and another adult cat (besides their mama). They have also had pretend nail clippings, where I feel with their paws, retracting their claws, and pretending to use the nail clipper on them. They started weaning (on Scrumbles chicken pâté) and litter box training from 3 weeks old and will be fully weaned by adoption.
I hope these experiences will allow them to settle into being an adult cat that does not fight their owner for grooming them or being scared of general daily life.
The daddy cat is a neighbours tabby. The mama is my 18 month old rare chimera american shorthair (pictured). They are both very sweet and socialable and both have no territorial aggression issues. The mama is a very calm kitty, and has never so much as hissed or scratched me or another cat, even when her sister (non-biological) hisses and swats her. The mama is a relatively small cat, and so I would not expect the kittens to be large adults.
Due to my two adult cats (both mama and my other cat) not getting on these past few months, and trying everything I possibly can, I need to rehome mama cat (this is due to my older cat hissing & growling & fighting with mama cat, mama cat is sweet with every single human and cat she encounters & i know she would settle well with another family whereas my older cat is extremely anxious and would not). I would love to sell her with one of her kittens at no extra price, so long as I know she is going to a good home.
