DescriptionHe is 3 years old and originally from Romania, but currently in foster in Wales. He is a very loving dog and is doing very well with his training and has good recall and is quick to learn. He is very good in the home, house trained and responds well to commands and will happily stay snoozing for time out on his own. He is very relaxed in his home which is his safe space, but he is still quite nervous when outside and loud noises, heavy traffic and busy places can be rather overwhelming for him. Vincent loves his walks and has benefitted greatly from being in foster in a rural area. He would do best in an adult only home with a garden and close countryside for walks with people around to spend time with him and build on his already good training base. Vincent enjoys meeting dogs out on his walks and enjoys playtime, but he does rely on doggie body language, so can sometimes be selective. A home with a resident friendly female dog may help his confidence. Vincent has a high prey drive, so could not live with cats or small furries. Meeting new people can make him a little anxious, but he will settle once he realises he can trust you and you have plenty of treats and will give him some attention! Vincent is very food driven, so positive, treat based training works well! If you think you could offer Vincent his forever sofa and continue to work with him on his insecurities, then please get in touch.
