Hi, my gorgeous pippin has just one perfect pup. Mum is our very beloved family member who is just as perfect as her puppy, gentle, loving and full of character. Dad is KC black and tan shihtzu.
We have named the puppy 'Piper' after Marris piper potatoes because of her chunkyness, this can absolutely be changed, it just always feels wrong to me to not make them. She's only 3 weeks old so her personality hasn't fully come through yet but each day we get a bit more and so far she is just an absolute cuddle monster, pick her up and she just melts onto you. She is meeting all her milestones, eyes opened at 2 weeks, she's now walking, can hear. Each day we try to socialise her to something new. She is very used to children and household noises and before she leaves she will be groomed, used to many people, other dogs and pets that we have and different environments like the car. She sleeps in a crate at the moment so that also won't be new to her. She hasn't yet seen a vet as we have had no concerns but she will have a vet check and microchip before she leaves for her new home. She has already met multiple children and people, her mum is very happy for people to give her and her puppy love. During the day puppy and mum are downstairs and at night in my bedroom so are always being checked on and given lots of attention. Due to piper being an only pup we will be doing all we can to help with her socialising, luckily we have other dogs too that she will soon meet, we have other pets too and will be soon able to go for car rides, and be carried round dog friendly shops ect, I play a range of noises each day. The downside of her being a singleton pup is we give her so so so much attention, i do make sure she has quiet time regularly but she will be very used to lots of attention. Due to the breeds that make her she will need regular (every 6-8 weeks) grooming for her whole life and brushing daily. Her coat will constantly grow. She will be starting weaning at the end of this week when she turns 4 weeks. Viewings are now available and we would love for her perfect family to be able to visit her regularly before taking her home. I will ask lots of questions, this is just to ensure she is as right for you as you are for her. Any questions please do get in touch.
