Description
Not been dna tested but we’ve called the bird ‘her’.
Fully tame and has the most beautiful personality. She is well and truly a Velcro bird!
She has a plug in shower that she loves and she gets on well with the dog too!
I get her out at 7pm every night and she starts to call when her time is approaching!
She mimics “hey bird” and “hi” she’s only young so I think she’ll pick more speech up.
There are a couple of reasons for rehoming and I’ll be completely honest.
First and foremost, I have just moved from part time to full time employment and I’ve noticed that it’s a real struggle with the children to get her out on time and for as long as I’d like.
Also back when she was new to us she was a bit nippy (I know all conures are) and whilst this didn’t bother me or my son, my youngest child is now petrified of her. It makes getting the bird out extremely stressful as I have to get my daughter to bed then close all of the doors, whereas she used to have free flight of the house.
I have tried bonding exercise for my daughter and the bird but it’s simply not happening.
She will come with a beautiful cage, a very interesting and engaging set up.. a wall hanging, the bird shower a play gym and a travel cage. I will not budge in price as I need to make sure the buyer understands she is a fantastically bred well behaved loving bird and I won’t allow her to go to someone that hasn’t met her and had her at the very least land on their shoulder and interact with her.
