Here we have Atlas, he's a big strong black Lab cross, loads of energy and a big softie. He's an absolutely lovely dog with loads of love to give.
He's spent his life locked in a crate by his old owner, being shouted at constantly and punished for just existing. He's never had a toy, a treat or even his own blanket. He's scared of the bath after having his head held under water because he wet himself in fear.
I've now taken him temporarily but I have 2 dogs of my own who haven't taken to him and they're constantly attacking him. He's such a softie he doesn't ever retaliate, he just wants to play with them.
He needs an owner who has the energy to keep up with him, long walks and runs are a must. And someone who will shower him with the love and affection that he desperately craves. Given his past I'm not willing to give him to just anyone, he will only go to a responsible owner, experienced with big energetic breeds who has time for him and will adore him.
He's great with kids, but because of his giddiness and size I'd recommend young teens or older
He is not neutered, I don't know when his last jabs were but he is chipped and will be flead.
