Hi, my name is Layla,
I'm a British Shorthair mix and I'm 5 years young.
I'm a crazy quirky loving dog in a cats body. I follow you around like a shadow and I love talking to you. I'm sassy and have my own mind but I love cuddles and when I come to you I'll sleep in the weirdest positions.
I can be mouthy when you pick me up... I don't hurt anyone! No matter what they say it wasn't my fault the mice didn't want to play.
My mum is really poorly at the moment, and I'm really good at cheering her up but things are too hard at home for her, she can't cope with me. I like running and being free. I like going outside, but theres a road that's not very safe for me right outside. We had to move from our old house. I'm nervous of other cats until I know them, but I love dogs.
I like singing everybody wants to be a cat... so we could try that one to get to know each other.
I really want a family who will love me, because I have so much love to give.
Don't be worried if my mum ugly cries when you come to see me or collect me... it's just because she said it's one of the hardest decisions she's had to make. I'm her baby.
I'm healthy and well... the only thing about me is that I broke my pelvis when I was a baby so I swing my leg a bit, but I've never complained about any pain and I can run for days... I love a good zoomie session so if you have a friendly dog that's perfect!! I'd prefer not to be the only furry one in your family. But if you have lots of time for me then maybe it will work. Mum said she'll see. (She's worried about me getting sad)

oh and I better not forget to say dreamies give me a tummy ache... so I prefer the meat sticks and I love love love licky treats!!

Layla, my little love, I can only let go to a home I've seen please. The price is simply because of my fear of the wrong person getting in touch. I will either donate it or discuss further with the right person. However there will be a cost to ensure she's safe.
If I were in any other position I would not advertise, I've exhausted my options and sadly have to say goodbye to her. We've tried for a long time to cope but it's not fair for Layla with the health issues I'm facing currently.
