This stunning Delliah has been in a dedicated foster home for the past 5 months, and now it’s time for her to find her forever family. She has made brilliant progress and is full of potential – but she’s still a work in progress and needs a committed, experienced home that understands the breed and will continue to guide her with calm, consistent leadership. 💪🐶
🐾 What we know about her:
– Extremely loyal, loving, and bright
– Has a strong guarding instinct at home – she’s very bonded to her people, so we’re looking for someone who can channel that protectiveness in a healthy way
– She still barks at bikes, but once they’ve passed she loses interest and happily carries on her walk
– Walks nicely on the lead most of the time and is often off-lead on walks – she sticks close and checks in
– Knows several commands: sit, lay down, bridge (between legs), wait, stop, come – she’s clever and loves working for food
– Can be stubborn, especially if she knows you’ll give in 😉
– Is still reactive to other dogs at short distance, but her foster has made great progress – she needs someone to continue this work
– Can live with a calm, large male dog
– Crate trained and settles well in her kennel
– Calm and clean in the home
– Must go to a home with no young children – only adults or children aged 16+
