Description
Unfortunately after a long hard decision, we have decided to rehome our beloved Rottweiler puppy. She is a beautiful dog, and we’ve had her for 18 months, but through no fault of our own, last year we were evicted due to the landlord wanting to sell her house.
We have gone from having a large garden with outdoor shelter for her backing on to open space, to having a tiny yard with no shelter, and surrounded by four high walls, with no stimulation for her.
Due to our busy life styles, she is left alone for periods of time, and has to be left in the garden due to Rottweiler’s notorious mischievous behaviours.
She is a bubbly girl with loads of amazing qualities. She loves going on adventures, long walks, likes to explore water, but won’t fully get in.
She loves to run, but has no recall. She likes dog parks where she can have the freedom. She also loves attention and cuddles.
She has been raised around children, with 6 children to be exact, however, our two youngest children are terrified of her through no fault of Abel’s. The 2 youngest children become hysterical when she approaches them, which winds Able up. We did not know they were scared of dogs when we got Able and have tried to persevere to let the children adapt, but due to the house move, we have no space to separate them.
It truly is breaking our hearts to have to do this, but Able deserves a better life, with someone who can give her the time and effort she deserves. Ideally someone without young children as she just doesn’t realise how big she is.
