Loki is a Belgian Malinois cross lurcher who has come into our rescue due to no fault if his own. He has been a much loved puppy but sadly their circumstances changed. He is only just 8 mths old so still a baby at the moment but he’s such an amazing dog with a very sweet and loving temperament. He is so eager to learn and please and is very smart indeed. He also has rare empathy and is able to adjust his personality to best fit in with any other dogs he shares space with. Laying down calmly with smaller more timid dogs or matching the energy of a more active playful dog which is amazing to see and makes him extra special. He gets on really well with other dogs so could live with at least one other friendly, neutered dog but he could also be happy as the only dog as long as he gets plenty of company and input from his people and is able to
Meet up with other dogs on walks etc to keep up with his socialisation. He's around 20kg and is around collie sized and won’t get much bigger than this now. He is looking for a shepherd loving home that can offer him plenty of company and lots of time for training and socialising. He is house trained, good around traffic, children and other dogs, has great recall and loves to chase his ball and bring it back for you to throw again. Ooh and he also gives the best cuddles ever!! This gorgeous boy could learn anything you wanted him to and truly is a special dog so please don’t let his breed mixes put you off. He would really love a home of his own now with nice, fully enclosed garden to play ball in and lounge in the sun in between. Sorry he can’t live with cats and any kids must be over 8yrs.
