Description
Bentley, a big ole black and white boy looking for a rural home with his partner Babes a pretty white and black female. They are both neutered, microchipped, flea and worm treated and Babes had a bit of a dental too. They will be rehomed with 5 weeks free pet insurance. Bentley and Babes were trapped as part of a large colony of cats who were living on waste ground on the streets of Birmingham, it was no place for cats to live amongst rubbish and they were producing more and more kittens. Now safely with us and more than ready to find a much more suitable residence where they wont go hungry again, can have shelter provided and in return will earn their keep by keeping rodents away. These two cats are semi feral, so they are used to having a feeder and although really scared and dont want to be touched or approached they will come within a couple of feet to be fed once fully settled. They are looking for a lovely rural home, smallholding or stables where they can be provided with somewhere warm and dry to sleep and be fed daily. You will need to have somewhere where they can be completely secure for the first few weeks whilst they settle in prior to release. They are eating really well, both wet and dry food and are really clean with the litter tray. Being fostered in Swadlincote, they can be rehomed further afield but we prefer to bring our feral cats to their new homes so there is no risk of escape so we wouldn't be able to rehomed hours away. There is no fixed donation for our feral cats but remember we rely on donations to keep going and their treatment received hasn't come for free. We are looking for a safe location for them well away from any busy or fast roads. If you can offer this pair of beauties the rural retreat that they need please email us telling us all about your home offer and contact details to wonkypetsrescue@gmail.com

Snowflake is a 2yr old white and black female, she is now spayed, microchipped, flea and worm treated and will be rehomed with 5 weeks free pet insurance. Sadly due to the national shortage of cat vaccinations we have not been able to start her vaccinations. Snowflake came to us with lots of kittens on tow, not only did she have her litter of 5 eight week old kittens, but also 3 six month olds from her previous litter poor girl. She has been living in a garden as a stray all this time doing her best to keep herself and her babies safe, what an amazing little cat she is. Snowflake is understandably a bit nervous of new people at first but she LOVES her food and this the way to her heart. She is easily won offer by the offer of a tasty treat or bowl of yummy dinner and she enjoys a fuss once you have gained her trust. She will definitely suit a quieter home but could possibly live with older gentle children 10 plus, she i great with other cats and like to have another feline friend in the home for company as she hasnt been used to being on her own for some time. She is scared of dogs. Snowflake has been great with the litter tray and loves her wet and dry food. She is still a bit underweight but is eating plenty so will soon get back to perfect condition. She will need a home WELL AWAY FROM ANY BUSY OR FAST ROADS with a nice safe garden where she can go outside safely once fully settled in and vaccinated. Being fostered in Swadlincote, Derbys but can be rehomed further afield subject to homecheck and donation of £70 If you can offer

Blaze is a 1yr old semi feral black and white male, he is neutered, microchipped, flea and worm treated and will be rehomed with 5 weeks free pet insurance. Blaze is looking for a safe outdoor home with his brother Blake, they will only be rehomed as a pair. These boy are part of a large colony of semi ferals cats that we offered a safe space to when they were found living on waste ground. They did have a feeder but have been born and lived outside their entire lives, they will come to within a few feet to be fed once used to you but they do not want to be touched. The brothers are looking for a lovely rural home on a smallholding, stables or country house. In return for a nice warm shed or barn to shelter in and daily food they will return the favour by keeping any rodent visitors at bay for you. They will need to be confined for the first few weeks so you must have a totally secure area in which they can stay initially. They need a home where someone lives on site, they need somewhere well away from any busy or fast roads. Being fostered in Swadlincote, Derbys and can be rehomed within a reasonable driving distance as we would bring them to you to settle them in. There is a suggested MINIMUM donation of £25 each for our semi fer

Dotty pic here) and Milly are 11yr old sisters they are spayed, microchipped, flea and worm treated and had a first vaccination. They will be rehomed with 5 week free pet insurance. Dotty and Milly came to us after their owner suffered a serious health issue and was unable to continue to care for them. They were much loved cats although weren't living in the best of conditions sadly. They have always been house cats but we would love them to have the opportunity to be able to go out into a nice safe garden to lie in the sunshine. Dotty is the more confident and self assured of the girls, she is very friendly, loving and fussy and takes things in her stride. Milly is a much quieter, shyer girl who needs to take her time a bit to trust and to settle in but she is a little sweetheart who does enjoy a fuss. They have settled into the cattery ok with another older cat so they could live with other calm older feline but would be scared of dogs. They would prefer a quieter home without resident children but would be fine with visiting children (Milly may just take herself out the way when they visit) They are both eating well which is good as they both arrived a bit underweight and they are good with the litter tray They will need a home with a nice safe enclosed garden WELL AWAY FROM ANY BUSY OR FAST ROADS where they can go outside safely once settled. Being fostered in Swadlincote but can be rehomed further afield subject to homecheck and donation of £100
