DescriptionIn early January we took on a mother and her kitten to foster because their owner could no longer care for them, we’ve found a home for the kitten and now it’s now time for us to find a home for Mam cat too. A bit of backstory on her, she can be quite an aggressive cat and has taken a while to warm up to me, she spent a lot of time growling and hitting me anytime I went in the room and is now tolerating fusses and even coming to me for attention when I enter, she still hits sometimes if she gets overwhelmed or spooked by something but has shown fantastic signs of improvement in her behaviour and I do believe she’ll make a great pet when she is in the right environment. Due to her behaviour and history she will only be rehomed to a home with no other pets and no children. Before coming to us she was on her third litter of kittens despite being less than 2 years old, we don’t know her exact date of birth but do know she is less than 2 years old and she is quite a small cat. She needs someone who can be patient with her and who understands cat behaviour and can put the time and effort into making her feel safe and comfortable even if that does mean tolerating weeks of being growled at, hissed and and scratched because she isn’t nasty she’s just scared and nervous.
If you think you can provide her the forever home she deserves please message me, happy to answer any questions you have about her so feel free to ask away.
She’ll come with her food bowl and a water bowl, although she has gotten quite used to drinking from a fountain! And also wet and dry food and treats too. She is fully litter trained.
We are asking for £125 for her to cover some of the costs we’ve had while looking after her however we are open to offers if you are the right home for her.
