Teddy is a just over one year old gentle giant with the biggest heart to match his size. He’s a very excitable, affectionate puppy who absolutely adores people and thrives on love and attention. When he stands on his back legs, he reaches around 5ft 2, so he’s a big boy who doesn’t realise quite how large he is yet!
Teddy loves long walks and being outdoors , exploring the world is one of his favourite things. He would be happiest with someone who is home most of the time, as he forms strong bonds and enjoys constant companionship. He needs an active owner who can give him regular walks, time outside, and plenty of interaction.
He is still young and will benefit from ongoing training to help him grow into the amazing dog he’s meant to be. Teddy can bark at other dogs, not out of aggression, but because he wants them to chase him and play. Because of this, he would be best suited to a dog-free home, where he can have all the attention for himself.
This is a very difficult decision made with Teddy’s best interests at heart. We have recently welcomed a new baby into our home and have also had to move, meaning we no longer have a back garden. Teddy now has limited space, and due to cold weather and caring for a young baby, we are unable to walk him as much as he needs and deserves.
We are looking for a loving, committed home where Teddy can get the time, space, training, and outdoor life he truly thrives on. He has so much love to give and will make an incredible companion in the right environment.
