💛 TOMMY’s Story
TOMMY appeared in our friends’ garden as a tiny kitten from the neighbourhood — small, hungry and looking for safety.
He found food.
He found kindness.
And he simply… never left.
This sweet boy chose his people.
Unfortunately, the family already have several cats and dogs and are unable to keep him long-term. So now we must find him what he truly deserves — a permanent, loving home where he will never have to “choose” survival again.
🐱 About Beautiful TOMMY
TOMMY is everything people hope for in a young cat.
He is:
Exceptionally friendly
Affectionate and human-oriented
Confident and sociable
Gentle and tolerant
He absolutely adores human contact. He seeks cuddles, follows people around, and happily melts into arms. The photos speak for themselves — he thrives on closeness.
He gets on very well with:

✔️ Dogs
✔️ Children (respectful ones)
He is not shy. He is not aloof.
He is a loving, companion-type cat who wants to be involved in family life.

Microchipped
Fully vaccinated
We have not yet neutered him. If advised by our vets, we may arrange neutering prior to rehoming.
He is a healthy, thriving young boy.
🏡 TOMMY’s Ideal Home
TOMMY would flourish in:
✔️ A loving family environment
✔️ A home where he will receive daily interaction and affection
✔️ Either as a single adored cat or alongside friendly pets
✔️ A safe indoor home (or secure cat-proof outdoor access only)
He can absolutely enjoy fresh air and sunshine, but only within a properly secured, fully enclosed garden designed to keep him safely inside. Cats are clever climbers and surprisingly agile, so standard fencing is usually not enough. The garden must be adapted to prevent climbing over, squeezing through gaps, or slipping underneath.
Free roaming beyond the property is not an option. His wellbeing depends on staying within a protected, secure environment where he can safely explore and enjoy the outdoors without risk.
He is not suitable for:
Being left alone for long periods daily
Being adopted for breeding purposes
Being treated as an “independent garden cat”
He is a companion. He bonds deeply.

If you adopt TOMMY, you agree that:
• He will live as a cherished pet in your home
• He will receive proper veterinary care
• He will not be used for breeding
• You will keep in touch with us for long-term rescue backup
• You will send updates and photos — because we truly care
Home checks (including online) are mandatory.
We do not place animals with non-genuine adopters. We have seen too much to be careless.
🚗 Adoption & Transport
We can bring TOMMY almost anywhere in the country.
You do not pay a penny until you meet him.
For Scotland, we usually organise one journey per month, but alternative arrangements can be discussed.

Our preferred method of contact is via phone or WhatsApp, as we work during the day with limited access to emails.

Adrian and the team at Friends inDEED have been wonderful. We were able to go meet our dog with her sisters and we were in frequent communication during the adoption, and since with updates etc. We were also provided with some food, and lent a harness & lead to bring her home. She has already been incredibly well trained for a rescue dog as we have had no toilet accidents and she is already wonderful on her lead.
