Description

Please read the following information. I would love to find the most suitable home for her and for that reason I give a detailed description of the cat's character. Gccf registered pure breed Maine Coon girl is available for rehoming. She is 4 years old, beautiful silver tortie colour with a fully developed character and personality. Winter season brings out the silver shadowed fur and she becomes much lighter compared to the warm season coat. She prefers a peaceful enviroment and living in her own terms, however she doesn't mind the fuss or children playing around. She is very comfortable around kids from 5/6 years and older, but not very keen on toddlers. She likes to be around during daily activities and prefers to sleep at the back of the bed. Due to her calm nature, she is a very low-maintenance cat. She would be the most suitable for the house with no other pets, as she feels the best on her own. She can tolerate the other cat, but it would take time to settle. A dog is definitely a no. In terms of her eating habits, she is not interested in human food at all. She won't get into your plates, and the food can be left on a table unattended. She might sniff, but won't try to take anything. She has her own preferences. We tried most of the brands and can recommend her favourites. Loves her dry kibbles and running water from the tap. She is an active explorer who would thrive in a home with an unlimited access to the outdoors where she can safely satisfy her natural hunting instincts and love for the nature. Currently we are living next to a field where she spends most of her time. She comes back for a snack, if the weather is bad and for a nights sleep. The cat is neutered. Please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you for reading.
