We are pleased to announce our beautiful German shepherd Freyja has given birth to ten gorgeous puppies (5 boys and 5 girls). 7 of which are up for sale.

They were born on 10th September so will be ready for their new homes when they are eight weeks old at the earliest. Recommended to leave at 10-12 weeks.

This is Freyjas's first (and only) litter, the puppies are being brought up in our family home, so therefore will be exposed to all the noises that a family home brings, aswell as spending time outside in our garden and getting used to the outdoors.

We will post regular picture and video updates via WhatsApp over the coming weeks and be taking viewings when they are five weeks old.

Freyja is a fantastic family dog who's very smart, caring and playful.. she loves walking, playing ball and has a very sweet personality.

Their dad is Fred our Golden Retriever who has a classic golden retriever personality. Super affectionate, friendly and a little clumsy!

This was not an intentional litter, that said the "golden shepherd" has become a popular cross, due to combining the loyalty of a Shepard with the friendly laid back nature of a retriever. I recommend anyone interested searches the cross breed as well as both individual breeds and reads up on them before hand. You will also find some examples of expected coats as their coat and markings will likely change drastically as they grow.
Currently there is 3 black and 7 golden puppies. Most litters of this cross are born all black and often grow to have a sable coat with retriever features.

We will spend as much time as possible with the puppies as they grow so if you have a particular personality in mind we can help as best as we can to direct you to a suitable puppy.

**We are based on the Isle of Skye which may make visiting/ collecting puppies difficult. It is recommended to meet the puppy prior to collection and to see the parents and where they are being raised. Obviously anyone that wishes to will be welcome too. But we will also make ourselves available for video calls and can arrange alternative options for collection (we have family in Lincolnshire, Wales and Somerset so can potentially arrange collection from one of those locations or meetups halfway if needed).
