It’s with a very heavy heart that we have come to the decision to rehome our nearly 3 year old boy Toby, due to circumstances changing at home and with work.
We are looking for someone that can give him a loving, happy forever home.
Someone who can walk him and give him plenty of exercise and their time, because he loves company.
Toby is Maltese X Westie, he is a very handsome, loving boy and loves nothing more than cuddling up to someone for a snooze.
Toby loves to play with his toys and going to play in the garden.
He loves going for walks.
Toby is fully toilet trained and excellent with it.
He is also crate trained and sleeps all night in his crate.
He is a very good boy with his sleep through the night in-fact we couldn’t ask for better at night time.
Although he loves going for walks, Toby can be re-active sometimes,
he is quite nervous and protective whilst out so we tend to muzzle him on walks.
On the whole he walks lovely and he sits at the road sides.
Toby is also very protective of the house and is a good guard dog, he always knows when someone is coming to the house but again can be quite reactive when a stranger first enters the house.
After a few minutes he settles down once he knows everything is fine.
This can all be worked on to improve if he has someone to spend the time training him, re-assuring him and socialising with other dogs.
We also have a cat so Toby is used to being around a cat.
Toby will give you his paw/ sit and lay on command and go to his crate on command for bed.
He loves to give you a loving greeting when you come home with a wagging tail and a toy to give you.
Need that someone to give him their time which we don’t have anymore due to a change in circumstances.
Toby will come with his crate/ bed/ toys, portable car seat and stair guard if needed and a bag of his food.
Toby is fully vaccinated and in good health having been checked at the vets, microchipped (will need to be changed to the new owners name and address), wormed and fleed.
He has also been castrated.
He has come from our loving home and has been well looked after, so we want this to continue in his new forever home.
