Description
Fluffy is a long haired stray cat who was living outside in our neighbourhood for the past year or so. We have recently gained his trust so have been getting him vet treatment and caring for him in our house but we cannot keep him as we already have 2 cats.
He's estimated to be 1.5-2 years old. He is currently unneutered however he is booked in for neutering in a couple of weeks. He's had flea and worm treatment. Not microchipped or vaccinated but we will get microchip and first round of vaccinations done. He has a small bite wound which has been treated by the vet. He's a bit underweight so may need some extra food initially.
Personality-wise - he was slow to warm up to us (took a few months to gain his trust). But since he started coming inside, he appears to be quite relaxed and calm around my rambunctious kids. He mostly ignores the other cats so may get on ok with other cats. No idea about dogs. However I'd say he would do best in a household with older/no kids as I don't know how well he'll do being manhandled by kids. He may not be fully house trained, so he will need time in close proximity to his litter tray until he's settled in.
He really seems like a calm, gentle sweetheart so I'm hoping to find a good home for him. He should be available from around 1st March.
