Oakley is a beautiful, loving Cocker Spaniel with a big heart and a sensitive soul. He is incredibly affectionate, people-oriented, and one of the happiest dogs I’ve ever met. He loves walks, playtime, and then settling down nearby for cuddles.
Oakley is still young and very eager to connect, he’s a working Cocker so he’s able to be trained very well. A the moment he needs consistency and support than I’m currently able to give him. As much as he is loved, it’s become clear that he would truly thrive in a home that can offer a calmer routine, more availability, and a little extra patience to help him feel secure. He never cries or barks, he’s truly amazing he just needs more love than I’m able to give (any dog!) currently.
He would be best suited to:
• A home where someone is around for a good part of the day
• Owners with experience of sensitive dogs (or a willingness to learn)
• A calm, stable environment with clear routines
• Someone who enjoys regular walks and engagement
Oakley is loyal, gentle, and very bonded once he feels safe. With the right person, he has the potential to be an incredibly rewarding companion. This decision has not been taken lightly and his happiness and long-term wellbeing are the absolute priority.
I’m looking for a responsible, loving home where Oakley can settle properly and feel secure. A meet-and-greet (and potentially a gradual transition) is really important to ensure it’s the right fit for everyone.
