It was with a heavy heart we are putting our beautiful Ragdoll, Hugo, and our Himalayan Persian, Rupert, up for adoption.
This is due to changes in our family. We have a young toddler and another baby on the way and feel they would do better in a more relaxed home where they can get truly spoilt.
They are very relaxed cats and love to be stroked, cuddled and always want to be sat with you. They have a lovely nature.
Both males are neutered and chipped.
Hugo, the ragdoll, we had since a kitten. Rupert we rehomed from a family not long after getting Hugo, to give him a little pal.
Hugo loves to be outdoors. Rupert quite enjoys to be snuggled inside, but does enjoy a wander into the outdoors now and again.
They are both excellent with kids as they are very chilled so would suit a family with or without kids - as long as they can get a good amount of love and attention still. Both can be picked up and held like babies, as my niece likes to do!
Both are excellent at using their litter tray which they share - they never have any accidents.
Both cats are regularly flea’d and wormed.
We are keen to find the perfect home for our boys and will only rehome once we believe this to be true :)
We want to rehome them together as they’ve been together for 7 years now, so want to continue that comfort for them.
We have paperwork etc for Hugo, as we got him from kitten. None for Rupert as we rehomed him. We are therefore also not 100% on Rupert’s age, but he is roughly same age as Hugo - maybe slightly older.
Hugo is a very healthy cat and has never required any vet visits. Rupert had some troubles with his urine which are now very much under control as long as he eats his specific urinary food, which has done him wonders. He has no urinary issues on this food. Both Hugo and Rupert eat the biscuits - which is very helpful and saves you having to seperate foods etc.
