Hachi is a striking, affectionate boy with heaps of personality and a heart full of love. Rescued from a Romanian kill shelter by the experienced team of Pennypaws rescue, this incredible dog is now thriving in foster in UK and ready for a forever home with an active, experienced family.
Originally misidentified, Hachi is in fact a Norwegian Elkhound cross, not a Husky. This means he’s a spitz-type breed: intelligent, independent, and a natural collaborator rather than a follower. Hachi is loyal, confident and playful – but he’ll need someone who understands working breeds and their quirks.
