Description

Absolutely devastated to be writing this! We bought this gorgeous boy to complete our family. Unfortunately, since then, our older dog has become unwell and is no longer tolerating the puppy in the house. We are having to keep them separated because she keeps trying to attack him, and the poor pups done nothing wrong bless him. He’s completely house trained, crate trained, doesn’t really pull on the lead, and knows basic commands (sit, lie down, leave it). He’s a typical puppy - funny, cuddly, and sociable. He loves his walks and his recall is actually pretty good, especially if he knows we have treats. He loves other dogs but still needs to work on his manners saying hello, he still gets over excited and tries to jump all over them and occasionally barks with excitement. I would say he’s fairly high energy, but also loves his chill time on the sofa or in his crate. He’s okay being left in his crate for a few hours if I need to call into work for whatever reason, but not sure he would be happy being left any longer than that. He will pick up anything he finds on the floor and chew it, but has never bitten any of us when teething, which he seems to be through the worst of now! He’s been to the groomers twice now and they said he’s been fab while there. We brush him fairly regularly but he doesn’t really get too knotty. He’s also good in the car. We have 2 children, aged 4 and 8, and hes really gentle with them. He’s also great with our dog - they were best of friends to start with, she just can’t tolerate him anymore with her continued pain and sickness. He’s never retaliated to her aggression. We have to think about what’s best for both dogs and as it stands, he’s having to be crated more than we would like, to keep them apart. He will make a gorgeous family dog. I really need to know that his next home will be his forever home. Please get in touch if you want any more info, pics or videos. He’s microchipped, had his full vaccination course, and had regular flea and worming treatments from the vets.
