Charlie is an incredibly handsome boy with a presence that’s hard to ignore. Wherever he goes, people smile, stop to admire him, and are drawn in by his gentle, charming nature. He’s not just a pretty face — Charlie has the kindest heart and a deep love for people. He thrives on affection and is happiest when he’s near someone who loves him back.
Charlie is fully house-trained and has excellent manners at home — he doesn’t chew furniture or get into trouble when left alone. He’s easy to care for and not fussy with food — currently enjoying dry kibble without any issues.
He’ll let you know when someone’s at the door with a few barks, especially if it’s the postman, but he’s never aggressive — just doing his little watchdog duty. He’s incredibly sweet and gentle with my one-year-old daughter, and lives peacefully with our cat (although the cat mostly keeps to himself). Charlie is respectful, never pushy.
He’s very social with other dogs when out and about, and loves to play — he’s playful, curious, and full of life. But at home, he prefers to be your one and only. Despite living with our other dog for six months, they haven’t become friends. Charlie can be a little jealous and wants to be the center of attention — which is understandable for a dog who gives so much love and wants the same in return. That’s why I’m looking for a home where he can be the only dog and truly flourish.
He pulls a bit on the lead out of excitement, but he’s wonderful off-leash — stays close, comes when called, and loves a good run and sniff around the park. His recall is excellent, and he listens well.
Charlie had a full vet check just a month ago and was given a clean bill of health. He was also treated for fleas and worms — with protection that will last for another three months. He’s strong, healthy, and ready for his next chapter.
Charlie is ready to move to a new home now. He will be a loving, loyal companion to someone who can give him the warmth and attention he deserves.
