Calm, gentle, Female boxer.
She is roughly 1 year old
She is microchipped
Has the flea and worms treatment up-to-date
Vaccinations all up to date
She has a passport
Benefits:
She does not have the loose Jowls and doesn't dribble at all.
She doesn't bark at all.
She is very good with kids as seen in the videos above
She plays very nicely and gently with any new dogs she meets as also seen in the videos above.
She walks very well on the lead and doesn't pull at all. (she prefers I use the harness)
She has a good basic recall and she is very receptive to rewards from treats so will be easy to fully train.
Very good in a car, no issues at all as long as she is in the back seats & even the trunk is an option.
Fully house toilet trained
Her personality:
She isn't a crazy boxer, but will need 2 walks a day. If you can do that, then she'll happily doze around the house in between times. She prefers a spot on the sofa!
Outdoors, she's playful when other dogs are playing but doesn't force herself onto dogs.
Very gentle and affectionate with people too.
Easy to tire her out playing with the ball.
Loves contact, cuddling and is affectionate indoors.
She loves being on the sofa with her owner!
Doesn't bark at other dogs or people.
She is very quiet vocally.
Never seen any small signs of aggression in her. Never. In fact, she is very good at deflecting the bad vibes my other dog gives her; she just turns away.
Bad points:
When walking on the street
She must be kept on a leash as she has only been introduced recently to roads.
Other than that she has no issues with car noises or anything else.
She is a calm dog on the streets & doesn't pull on the lead.
Why I want to re-home her?
She has been with me for a month plus, coming from a rescue shelter.
She is a great gentle dog with an affectionate personality but unfortunately, I already own another dog, which is a Belgian shepherd, (who can get very possessive of their owners) & she has not accepted Athena. She gets jealous.
This is holding me back from making sure Athena gets the attention and affection she deserves from me.
If it wasn't for that I would've definitely kept her Because she really is lovely dog, as the videos all show.
