Mavis is a happy, friendly dog. She loves people and meeting new doggy friends (as you can see from the pics) however, she does not like living with other dogs and should be the only dog in the home and should also not live with any cats.
We rehomed her a few months ago. She was the only dog in her previous home and despite initially getting on really well with our existing dog, it has become very clear that although she loves interacting with other dogs outside of the home, she is not able to live with other dogs. She has never shown any aggression to humans (big or small!).
Her previous home had two small children but due to their additional needs making the environment chaotic, Mavis was showing some signs of stress which is why previous owners rehomed her. She had been in their family since she was a puppy. We have a 12 year old daughter and Mave has never shown any aggression towards any children in or out of the home.
We are not looking for anything for her, just a loving home as she deserves but I cannot stress enough, she MUST NOT live with any cats or other dogs. She has not yet been spayed due to her age. She will next be in heat around Feb 2026.
She has a full medical history and will come with her collar, harness, food bowl, food, raincoat, winter coat and toys.
She really is a lovely little dog and this has not been an easy decision at all.
