We are proud to announce the availability of our gorgeous Chunky litter of Black Labrador puppies from our gorgeous Girl Poppy, Poppy is our homebred black Labrador girl who has an exceptional temperament with everyone and everything, Poppy is our amazing family pet, who joins us on our regular camping trips, as well as beach days, We also have Poppies mum (puppies grandma) Annie, she again has a temperament second to none, after having Annie’s health tests done we bred Annie to our friends stud dog 3 years ago which resulted in Poppy and her litter siblings, one of whom our best friends now own, who is doing very well in working competitions etc as well as again being a great family pet. Once Poppy became old enough we had her health tests done and we’re over the moon when we received her hip/elbow results all 0/0 so impossible to beat, a real life achievement for us, who are wanting to strive for the best for the breed. After receiving Poppies results we started looking for a suitable dog to be paired with her, which is when we came across Cider or better known by his KC name - FTCh Marstonprior Grenadier of Wedgnock (Cider). Cider, is an exceptional dog, some of his achievements include- Cider was made up to a Field Trial Champion at 3 years old, has qualified twice for the Retriever Championship, and was selected to run for The England Gundog Team in 2024, 2025 and 2026. He was the top scoring dog at the England Team Selections in 2025 While running for the England Gundog team in 2025, at the Skinner's World Cup Cider was 3rd individually out of 52 of the top dogs in Europe, and at the 2025 Home International at The Game Fair Cider was awarded the Top Marking Dog Trophy. Along with this Cider also boasts great health test results Hips 0/0 elbows 0/0 dna clear (carrier for STGD) and has clear eye test certificates, Combined together Poppy and Ciders puppies have the exceptionally low COI of 2.1 % well below the breed average, Our beautiful puppies were brought into the world in our family home and have been reared to the best of our ability and have wanted for nothing, regularly wormed, Preventative flea treated, vet checked and microchipped. Puppies are now 6 weeks old and are ready to leave us from the 4th September 2026.
