My name is Barney I am 4-5 years old. I love to play ball all the time. I am ball oriented. I currently live with a large male dog and tiny female dog . I am not very nice to my male friend I growl at him all the time and nip his ears, back and legs. I get on okay with my tiny female friend we like running up and down the garden together and playing chase but again I sometimes growl at her. I would be best suited to being the only dog. I am neutered. I live with children ages 3-7-12 I'm not very nice to the older two, I growl at them and guard the doors so they can't get in and out of rooms. I lunge at them and have nipped them. I like it when they throw my ball but I get annoyed when they do not, I bark . I bark a lot . I bark at the door, strange noises, for attention , when I'm in the garden I bark at other dogs I can hear and mad dash round the garden I have jumped the 4ft fence multiple times and back again. I don't think I should live with children, I could possibly have older visiting children 14+ . No cats I chase cats. No small furry animals I will try to catch them. I do pull on a lead but my male dog friend uses a figure of 8 so the human has been trying it with me too , I walk better but I am not use to it yet and try to get it off. I recall well when there is a ball involved , I do generally come back but it still needs work. 1 on 1 with my human I am lovely , I love my walk , I love my ball I love snuggles on the sofa or bed . Food time I go a bit nuts growling and lunging at the other dogs or children but my human makes me lay down and wait I am fine once I have my food I don't growl my food bowl can be moved etc. I am looking for a forever home that will keep me busy and that is 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 no children no other pets, adults only. I would suit farm life not a family home. Please get in touch if you can help me either a rescue or human looking to rehome . My human will want to a home check to make sure I'm going to the right place.
