Description

Otis will be 3 years old on 13th July and is a handsome, athletic Working Cocker Spaniel with an exceptional temperament. Although Otis is not KC registered, he comes from a genuine full working line, with his pedigree consisting of KC-registered working dogs. He has not yet been proven at stud simply because he hasn’t had the opportunity, but he has shown a strong interest in bitches in season and is ready to begin his stud career. Otis is an incredibly intelligent dog and a very quick learner. He has been trained in gundog commands and also began training for field sniff trials. Due to a change in personal circumstances, this training wasn’t continued, and he is now a much-loved family pet. His temperament is one of his biggest strengths. Around the home he is calm, gentle, and well-mannered, while outdoors he is playful, energetic, and eager to work. He absolutely loves people and other dogs, thrives on affection, and is always keen to please. He has an excellent nature that makes him a pleasure to own and handle. Otis has previously been health checked and was given a clean bill of health. He has not had official hip or elbow scoring, and the only health issue he experiences is occasional seasonal allergies
