Description
It is with great sadness that I’m looking to re-home my four-year-old German Shepherd, Nova. I’ve had her since she was eight weeks old, and she has grown up around children from newborns to now five and six years old. She is incredibly gentle with kids, very protective, and has a loving, loyal nature.
Nova is a Czech-line, working-line German Shepherd- she’s energetic, driven, and won’t be going to just anyone. She needs a home that can offer regular exercise, stimulation, and proper activity. She also loves affection and would happily snuggle on the sofa all day if she could.
Since having a litter and losing our other dog, Rudi (who was the father of her pups), her anxiety has really heightened. She struggles being on her own now and would do best with someone who is home more often or has another calm, compatible dog for companionship.
As a single parent working six days a week, I can’t give her the time, attention, and presence she needs. With two young children and my workload, it breaks my heart to see her struggling, and I feel keeping her would be selfish when she could thrive in a home that can fully meet her needs.
Nova is very healthy, KC registered, and needs a patient, caring person or family who can give her long walks, mental stimulation, companionship, and lots of love. If you can offer a stable, dedicated home where her needs as a working-line dog will be met, please get in touch. I will be very selective to ensure she goes to the perfect home where she’ll be truly cherished.
