Description

Susie is a 3yr old female Sphynx Cat. She’s a gorgeous little cat with the most loving personality but unfortunately she’s had a bit of a rough start to life, being rehomed at 2yrs old. I am so sad to be rehoming her as she’s my baby but she deserves all the attention in the world & this is no longer something I can provide to her. Through no fault of her own, she requires a very high level of care, including all the grooming aspects that come with owning a sphynx cat. Unfortunately prior to me adopting her, her old owners were continually feeding her kitten food at the age of 2 which has caused her to have a sensitive stomach. They also constantly had her picked up & wrapped in a blanket which we think may have caused Susie to have bad separation anxiety. Although she has gotten better with this, she is very nervous when she can’t see you & will meow when doors are shut & she knows you’re in the room. • Must NOT work long hours; WFH or short working days would be ideal. She naps from around 11/12pm-3pm ish. • Any new food will have to be introduced VERY slowly but is doable! Ideally sensitive food. • Susie has super high care needs; weekly baths, weekly nail clips, ear & eye cleaning daily. • She has been microchipped & all vaccinations are UTD as of June 2025. • She is not spayed, as she is a/w clearance from a cardiologist (on waiting list!) as she may have a heart murmur (very common in cats & easily managed). This has only been picked up in June 2025 & she has lived with this no issues. Once she is cleared & advice given on anaesthesia, she will be able to be spayed. I am not in a rush to rehome Susie & I am looking for someone who has experience with exotic breeds & has all the right attributes, as mentioned above.
