Freda’s Story
Available for immediate collection
Freda’s beginning was as cruel as it was tragic. As a tiny puppy, she was dumped in a rubbish bin—discarded like trash, unwanted and alone. Cold, starving, and crying out for help, she lay among scraps and filth, her fragile body nearly lifeless.
As if that weren’t enough, Freda was later thrown into an icy river, left to drown without a second thought. But fate had other plans. Against all odds, she clung to life, her will to survive stronger than the forces trying to silence her story.
By sheer miracle, volunteers found her—shivering, soaked, and barely breathing. They pulled her from the freezing water and wrapped her in blankets, speaking softly and holding her close as she fought for every breath.
In the safety of their care, Freda slowly recovered. She was given warmth, food, and most importantly, love. Though her start in life was unimaginably cruel, Freda’s spirit has proven unbreakable.
Today, she is full of life and longing—for a home where she will be cherished forever. Freda is kind, affectionate, and incredibly brave.
