No lumps nor bumps and is a true to type, traditional model who’s been there and done a bit of everything
Oscar is a reserved little pony until gets to know you. He is easy handle and is cared for daily by a 13 year old. Loads and travels perfectly and enjoys being groomed and loved !
Oscar is beautiful on the flat. Such a mover !! He absolutely floats with the most upstanding presence and has been successful in unaffiliated dressage and would without doubt be some ribbon collecting winning machine in the show ring
There’s not a fence we’ve built too big for this pony. He has scope to die for !! Bold and as a brave as they come! Not to mention the huge love he has for the job! He could be a decent size track pony for a BS prospect on a budget
LOVES to go XC schooling and has the best time on funrides. Went with my 13 year old working pupil yesterday and flew over every fence on the course giving leads to others multiple times. He has great enthusiasm and scope and would be so competitive out eventing
Hacks out beautifully, he’s sensible in traffic and loves getting out exploring. He’s also been to the odd pub ride or ten and loves it as much as we do
Has hunted in Ireland and UK and has an absolute blast
We took him to the beach , again with my 13 year old jockey on board who was grinning from ear to ear the moment we set off. He was a star!!
Now as wonderful as this pony is , he’s not everyone’s cup of tea. He is strong and forward going and does have a scoot off from time to time. This has been something he’s been known to do for a long time and just part of who he is. With talent comes quirks and that’s his. This has never been anything we’ve considered to be at all dangerous with us but with the wrong rider this could be a disaster. He needs someone as bold and as fun as him!! So no nervous or novices. Ideal for a small adult really! For someone who can really ride but can’t afford the typical vice free , talented , 20k connie …… here’s one for you for less than half the price
He is a superb pony that I don’t want to let down so I will vet homes carefully to ensure I do right by him and find him the home he truly deserves. I don’t want to see him passed around. He’s got years and years of fun and success to give someone deserving of him
