Billy is my gorgeous, soon to be 4 year old Labrador retriever, who I have had since he was 6 months old. He is KC registered / full pedigree. He is fantastic with children, knows a huge repertoire of tricks and skills, and is Pets as Therapy approved to work in schools, hospitals and retirement homes etc - which speaks to his wonderful nature.
He is unfortunately suffering with separation anxiety since I moved house, after circumstances changed, and I am struggling to meet his needs while working full time. He will bark, and doesn’t stop, until you return. He does also have mild hip dysplasia so I would require a commitment to monthly hydrotherapy sessions at a minimum and YuMove supplements for the duration of his life - he also cannot play fetch. He is in great condition however, and is a very fit and healthy boy - the hips so not hold him back and he enjoys being off lead, swimming, digging, finding sticks and getting muddy!
He is the best boy, and I will only be considering 5* homes for him where he will have company and his alone time can be built up very gradually (he was able to be left in my previous home so I do anticipate this being possible again with a gentle and consistent approach over time).
