Digger is a true Patterdale who loves long walks & being able to be off of the lead. You can walk him on the lead & has great recall. He’s well behaved in the home, very quick learner to know his bed and not to go upstairs, he does bark if someone is that the door. He needs an active home, the past 5 years he’s come to work with me in my van & gets walked every day. He’s can also relax in the home snugged up. He’s healthy & fit, he does get itchy in the summer months & needs regular baths & maybe twice in the summer he will have an injection to reduce itching. He lives with 2 females & 1 male. He’s better socialising off of the lead as can be defensive on the lead. He’s been around lots of family & friends children & been great with them. I’m pregnant & because of his terrier instinct I don’t trust him 100% with a baby which is why I’m looking to find him a more suitable home. He can’t be trusted with cats, rabbits, chickens & birds. He’s a wonderful boy and a great character you just need to understand the Patterdale traits. Would love for you to come spend some time with him so I can show you him in multiple situations.
