This lovely very friendly red border collie dog is looking for his forever home. He can be reactive to other dogs and is very noise sensitive. He has excellent recall, sit, wait, etc. He loves his beach walks and paddling in the sea. He needs a quite environment ideally as an only dog or with a quiet older bitch. No young children. He loves people, even the vets. Recently operated on left front elbow. Signed off by vets and not on any medication but does walk with a limp sometimes.
We have owned him since he was 9 weeks old and he is crate trained and fully house trained. He was well socialised as a puppy but has become anxious and worried in noisy and busy situations.
I am looking for payment but that is to be donated to a dog re-homing charity such as National Animal Welfare Trust, Dogs Trust etc. Amount of donation can be discussed if interested.
Rupert is my (adult) daughter's dog who has health issues that are getting worse and therefore she is unable to give him the life he deserves and needs.
