Unfortunately I find myself in a bad position and need to rehome my beautiful girl, Amaroq. She is 6 years old and absolutely full of life, always finding new ways to amuse us and make us laugh. She is the perfect hiking companion but equally loves to cuddle up and have belly scratches. Typical for her breed she may be wary of new people at first, but it doesn't take her long to get used to people and become friends, she is really loving and hasn't got a nasty bone in her body. She is used to children but as always I recommend never leaving any dog unsupervised with them, she can get boisterous when playing and could potentially knock small kids over unintentionally. She currently lives with three other dogs and gets on fine, with new dogs it's best to introduce her in a safe and controlled manner as she sounds aggressive when she gets excited on the lead, which can put other dogs off. She is house trained and lives inside at night but loves to be outside in the daytime. A secure garden is a must! She has done various activities such as sled work and scooterjoring, backpacking, goes camping, she has done scentwork and man trailing (she loves this) and her favourite thing in the world is water.
