Meet Benny, our gorgeous Old English Bulldog who turned 2 in July. He’s a loving boy with a big personality, and we’re looking for the right home where he can continue to thrive.
📌 About Benny:
• Male, intact
• Fully vaccinated & microchipped
• Crate trained
• Toy obsessed & very food motivated – loves cheese!
• Knows lots of commands: sit, lay, heel, stay, paw & beg
• Up to date with vet care
• Believed to have a sensitivity to salmon
📌 Temperament:
Benny is a really lovely dog once he knows you. He can be a little unsure or funny with new people at first, so a confident owner would be ideal. He has not been cat tested. He needs someone who is willing to continue working with him, especially on lead pulling and car reactivity.
📌 Ideal Home:
Benny would suit someone with time and energy to put into his training and regular walks. He’s super smart and eager to learn but needs consistency and patience. He would probably be okay with older kids he is just so boisterous he might struggle with smaller children.
📌 Reason for rehoming:
Unfortunately, due to a relationship breakdown and working 12.5-hour shifts, he’s not getting the time and attention he deserves. This is a genuine and sad decision.
